"This Side of the Lazaretto" Arts and Crafts Festival is presented by the The Tybee Tourist and is sponsored by Tybee Island's Surfing for Autism Program. The events are entirely self-funded by local artists to make the event free to all who would like to attend the event. All profits are donated to Tybee island's Surfers for Autism Program whose focus is to eliminate stigma through public awareness and education and to unite communities through volunteerism. Hundreds of area children, teens and adults who function within the Autism spectrum are positively affected each year.

Important Participant Information
In order to register :
Artists, in order to register, click on the show date of your choice below. This will activate the registration page. Register and pay your fee. Then, send in the additional information requested below electronically, prior to 14 days prior to the registered event.
Keep this information in mind:
At this time, there are only 23 participant spots in each show.
As participants pay the registration fee, they are filled on a first come, first served
basis. Artist registrations cannot be held. They are released electronically as fees
When the registration spots are filled, you will no longer be able to register. At that time you can send an email to notifying them of your desire to be placed on a particular art show's waiting list. You may also choose to register for another show immediately so that you know registration has been paid.
Artists from throughout the Chatham County area and beyond are welcome.
Only one artist per booth.
New artists seeking to participate in "This Side of the Lazaretto" Art Show & Sale should submit their application with 4 samples of work by 30 days prior to the show chosen. (For then February 2-3 Art Show, that means everyone-Artists who register for additional 2019 shows must only send additional information when current information changes or stock is updated and different items are sold.
The application fee($25) and should be received by 30 days prior to the event. The applications are logged, electronically on a first come basis and when all 23 are sold, will no longer allow you to register. If you have questions regarding availability for any 2019 show, contact email@example.com.
All website files for the first "This Side of the Lazaretto" Art Show need to be emailed to Sarah by 60 days prior to the event ( December 2, 2018 for the February 2-3, 2019 Art Show. Artists who complete applications after December 3, 2018 for the February 3-4, 2019 show should send appropriate graphics immediately upon registration.
Artists whose graphics and information have not been received by 14 days before the beginning the show will forfeit their opportunity to participate in the event. In this case, since it is closer than 30 days prior to the event, registration fees will not be returned.
Included on the event website for each show will be participant name, participant bio, participant contact info, participant picture, participant sample of work of 5 to 10 pictures (size under 1 MB)and artist booth location.
Make sure that you have provided the following information in your email (due December 2, 2018 or immediately upon registration if paid within 60 days of the event.

The Application fee is $25.
The Tybee Tourist will collect all artist sales during the Art Show & Sale in order to keep the registration fees low.
A 15% fee will be collected from each artist for each sale di This fee will assist be donated to the "Tis Side of the Lazaretto Art Show and Sale to help defray expenses. When all expenses are paid, the remainder (profits) will be donated to Surfers For Autism on Tybee Island, a local non-profit.
